Welcome to The Green Room

At the Green Room, you'll have the opportunity to learn at your pace and accomplish your goals in a positive environment. We equip young people to become problem-solvers, bridge-builders, and forward- thinkers in their generation. We are a collective of independent educators that come together to provide your student with a quality education. We offer drop-off classes Monday - Thursday with a "Family Circle" Friday co-op option for the whole family. Mondays and Wednesdays typically offer more direct instruction and Tuesdays and Thursdays offer facilitated independent learning with PE and at least one additional elective.

Expanding this year!

The Green Room began in 2022 as a learning community for middle and high schoolers. This school year, we have added a Kindergarten, 1st - 3rd grade and a 4th - 6th grade teacher in addition to grades 7-12! By Fall 2024, we are hoping to add a second location in south Anchorage.

The Green Room Family Circle is separate from the Green Room Monday - Thursday classes. This is a Christian homeschooling community that meets each Friday to strengthen the family through shared spiritual, social, and educational experiences. We begin our meetings with a faith focus and end them with fun field trips, service projects, guest speakers, or games. This community helps both parents and children build great relationships while expanding their minds and growing in their relationship with Jesus. (Cost is $200 per family per school year.)
